The Adhinayak Anudeshak post is a Pay Level-4 position. Under the 7th Pay Commission, the basic pay starts at approximately ₹25,500. When you add Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Medical Allowances, the estimated in-hand salary will range between ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on the city of posting.
