Job Description
The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Central Railway, has just released a supplementary notification for the engagement of Act Apprentices for the year 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for ITI certificate holders to gain hands-on technical training within the prestigious Indian Railways ecosystem.
This recruitment drive specifically targets 51 vacant slots across various technical trades. Unlike typical high-pressure exams, this selection is purely merit-based, focusing on your academic performance in school and your technical vocational training. Qualification
Academic: Passed 10th Class (Matriculation) or its equivalent under the 10+2 system with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
Technical: Must have a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the notified trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.
Note: Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are NOT eligible for this specific apprenticeship program.
