What is the starting salary for an Assistant Manager?
Ans: The starting basic pay is Rs. 44,500/- p.m., with an approximate total CTC of Rs. 19 lakhs.

Ans: The starting basic pay is Rs. 55,200/- p.m., with an approximate total CTC of Rs. 23.5 lakhs.
Is there negative marking in the exam?
Ans: Yes, there is a penalty of 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question for every wrong answer.
I am in my final year of graduation. Can I apply?
Ans: No, results must have been declared on or before February 28, 2026.
Where will the interviews be held?
Ans: Interviews are generally held at the IIFCL office in New Delhi.
What is the probation period?
Ans: Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years, extendable up to 4 years.
Is work experience mandatory for Assistant Manager?
Ans: Yes, at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in an officer cadre is required.
Can I change my exam center after applying?
Ans: No, requests for change of center or venue will not be entertained.
