Officer (JMG Scale-I): A pass in the 12th Standard (HSC) or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Clerk (Customer Service Associate): A pass in the 12th Standard (HSC) or its equivalent from a recognized board.
For Officer (JMG Scale-I): The candidate must have represented the country in senior or junior international events.
For Clerk (CSA): The candidate must have represented a State in National events, a University in Inter-University events, or a District in Inter-District events and secured a top 3 position.
