Detailed Eligibility for Absorption/Deputation:
Officers holding analogous posts in Major Ports.
OR Sr. Dy. Materials Managers or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs. 13,000 - 18,250 (pre-revised) with 3 years of regular service in that grade.
OR Superintending Engineers (Mech/Elect) in the scale of Rs. 13,000 - 18,250 with 3 years of regular service.
OR Officers with 2 years regular service as Sr. Dy. Materials Manager and a combined regular service of 7 years in scales of Rs. 10,750 - 16,750 and Rs. 13,000 - 18,250.
Certified copies of APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25), attested on every page.
A year-wise statement of APAR gradings signed by the HOD/Secretary.
Attested photocopies of all educational certificates.
Proof of work experience in the relevant post and pay scale.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current Port.
