The selection is strictly based on a Written Examination comprising two parts:
Part A (Qualifying): A Punjabi Language Test (Matric level). You must score at least 50% to pass. Marks in this section are not added to the final merit.
Part B (Merit Ranking): An Objective Type (MCQ) test. This determines your rank in the Common Merit List.
Negative Marking: 0.25 (1/4th) mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Can I apply if I haven't studied Punjabi in the 10th?
