Photo & Signature

• The candidate’s photograph must be a recent passport-sized photograph and must be clear or white. The face must be clearly visible and the candidate must not be wearing a hat, glasses, or mask.

• The signature should be made in black on white paper and should be clear and easily readable.

Aadhaar Card

• Aadhaar number is required while filling the form, and it is mandatory to produce the original Aadhaar card during PET and document verification.

10th Class Marksheet

• This document is used as a certificate of date of birth and educational qualification.

Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable)

• Candidates must have a valid SC/ST certificate, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, or EWS certificate for the current financial year. The certificate must be issued in the format prescribed by the government.

PwBD / Disability Certificate (If Applicable)

• The person with disability must have a disability certificate issued by a special medical board clearly stating the percentage of disability.

Ex-Serviceman Certificate (If Applicable)

• Candidates must possess a valid Discharge Book or Service Certificate, in which the length of service is clearly mentioned.

Bank Account Details

• Candidates must provide the account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code, which are required for fee refund or future payments.

Domicile / Address Proof (If Asked)

• Candidates may need to provide a state domicile certificate along with their permanent and correspondence address details, if required.

Other Useful Documents

• Candidates must keep an active email ID and mobile number, along with the application/confirmation page printout and fee payment receipt, for future reference.

Note : Candidates must Keep all documents scanned and ready before form filling. Fill name, DOB, and parents’ names exactly as per 10th marksheet. Incorrect or fake documents can cancel selection. Carry originals with self-attested photocopies for verification.
